When shopping at Farmacia Cerati, the buyer understands and accepts the following conditions:

1. PAYMENT

   1. We accept credit card and PayPal payments using a secure server bank web address that is pre-filled with the total transaction amount of your order. This means that your credit card details are inputted by you directly on the bank's secure server. We at Farmacia Cerati will never know your credit card details.

      If you prefer, you can provide us with your credit card and we will process the payment for you.

   2. BANK TO BANK WIRE TRANSFER: The bank details will be provided at the moment of the payment, please contact our assistance.

   3. For B2B customers, the transactions will be handled on an individual basis, through bank to bank wire transfers, or other suitable methods.

The payment must be authorized before the package is mailed. Farmacia Cerati processes and receives all payments in the EURO currency.

2. Shipping and handling costs are paid by the buyer. Delivery times depend on the final destination, but normally are within 6-8 working days from the time of shipment, through air priority postal system. Within Europe we also offer an overnight courier service, with average delivery time of 24-48 hours, complete with insurance and tracking information.

   We need a secure mailing address where there will be someone to receive the package . Please give telephone numbers, fax, and/or e-mail where you can be reached. For courier shipments, we cannot accept P.O. Box addresses.

   We ship to all parts of the world, therefore we cannot know all local laws. It is the importer’s responsibility to be informed of his/her own country’s personal importation laws. Farmacia Cerati will not be held responsible for eventual detentions at receiver’s country’s customs.

   For B2B customers, shipping (method/cost) will be handled on an individual basis.

3. We do not accept returns for refund, reason being lack of controlled storage of control of the product. This guarantees all our customers will receive fresh product directly from a controlled storage environment.
